Before we speak, this page shows you what you can expect when you have your own AI Receptionist:
No more missed calls. Every customer gets answered, even when you're up a ladder, driving, on a job, or done for the day.
Your evenings back. ARROW handles out-of-hours calls so you can actually switch off. No more checking voicemails at 9pm.
More jobs, less phone tennis. Bookings get made, enquiries get captured, and you hear about it all without picking up the phone once.
I've put together a few short videos below that'll show you exactly how this works in practice.
The more you watch below, the more productive our call will be, and the faster we can get your AI receptionist live.

β Ben Milsom, Founder of ARROW
Every missed call is a missed job. And it's not just the one you lost β it's the reviews they never left, the referrals that never happened, and the repeat business that went to the next guy on Google instead. The average trade business misses 1 in 4 calls. At an average job value of Β£250, that's thousands walking out the door every month. Watch this and see what it's actually costing you.
These are real calls to real AI receptionists we've built. Each one is under a minute. Hit play on whichever ones are closest to your business β or watch all six. Your call.
MOT garage receptionist. A customer calls to book an MOT slot and the AI handles the whole thing β finds availability, books them in, done. This is what "never miss a booking" actually looks like.
Same MOT garage, but this time the AI pulls the correct address from a live postcode lookup β no human needed. Shows that ARROW isn't just a script reader. It connects to real tools and gets things done.
SaaS company receptionist. The AI is plugged into an external knowledge base and answers detailed product questions on-brand, without waffling. For any business drowning in repetitive "how does X work?" calls, this one hits home.
Concrete company receptionist. A customer asks for help working out how much concrete they need β and the AI does the maths on the spot. Proof that ARROW can handle industry-specific logic, not just "take a message."
Fridge repair company receptionist. Straightforward call β customer needs a repair, AI books it in. Clean, quick, professional. Shows that even the bread-and-butter calls get handled properly.
Home loan company receptionist. Ben deliberately plays a difficult, short-tempered caller. The AI stays calm, professional, and handles it without missing a beat. This one squashes the "but what if someone's rude?" objection on the spot.

"I've not seen anything as good as what you've put together. Compared to something like a traditional phone answering service, it's just so cost-effective."
"Rose doesn't just answer the phone. She gives me back my time, my focusβand my evenings."
"You guys have been brilliant, listened to everything I need, thought outside the box with an exceptionally fast and reliable service, and provided me with everything I required and then some!"
"It just works. I don't have to think about it, and I don't have to worry about what I'm spending each month. The AI is polite, smart, and fast."
"It's like having a producer, PA, and receptionist all in one, without needing to stop the van. I can stay creative, stay safe, and still run the business properly."
"Over 50 calls came in during my week-long holiday. Each was answered instantly and professionally. Not a single lead was lost."
"It's not just about time saved. It's about consistency. The AI doesn't get tired. It doesn't miss things. Every call gets the same level of scrutiny."
"We're doing more of what we're good at, signwriting, and less of what was slowing us down. ARROW didn't just give us a clever bit of software. They gave us a way to run the business better."
I've been doing marketing for trades and service businesses since 2016. When AI voice technology got good enough to actually trust with your customers, I knew this was the answer to the biggest problem I kept seeing: great businesses losing work because nobody picked up the phone. This is why I built ARROW.
How many calls does your business get in a week? And of those, how many do you reckon actually get answered? Most business owners we talk to are shocked when they find out the real number.
What happens right now when you're on a job and the phone rings? Do you stop what you're doing and answer it? Does it go to voicemail? Does the customer just... call someone else? Be honest with yourself on this one.
What about evenings and weekends? If a customer calls at 7pm on a Thursday or 9am on a Saturday, what happens? Because that's when a lot of the best jobs come in, and most of them never leave a voicemail.
Do you use any booking system or CRM? Doesn't matter if it's a proper system or a notebook on the dashboard. Just worth knowing so we can talk about how ARROW would fit into the way you already work.
One more thing... what would you do with an extra 2β10 hours a week? That's roughly how much time most of our customers were spending on phone admin before ARROW took over. Some of them didn't even realise it until it stopped.
