    Meet Ben β€” and why I built ARROW

    I've been doing marketing for trades and service businesses since 2016. When AI voice technology got good enough to actually trust with your customers, I knew this was the answer to the biggest problem I kept seeing: great businesses losing work because nobody picked up the phone. This is why I built ARROW.

    Before we speak, have a think about these:

    How many calls does your business get in a week? And of those, how many do you reckon actually get answered? Most business owners we talk to are shocked when they find out the real number.

    What happens right now when you're on a job and the phone rings? Do you stop what you're doing and answer it? Does it go to voicemail? Does the customer just... call someone else? Be honest with yourself on this one.

    What about evenings and weekends? If a customer calls at 7pm on a Thursday or 9am on a Saturday, what happens? Because that's when a lot of the best jobs come in, and most of them never leave a voicemail.

    Do you use any booking system or CRM? Doesn't matter if it's a proper system or a notebook on the dashboard. Just worth knowing so we can talk about how ARROW would fit into the way you already work.
