    Our platform is intended to support your business communications, not to replace critical customer service functions or guarantee conversions.

    2. Use of the Services

    You agree to use the Services in a lawful, responsible manner. You must not:

    • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of our systems.
    • Attempt to bypass access controls or misuse the Service in a deceptive way.
    • Upload or transmit material that infringes third-party rights or is otherwise harmful.

    We reserve the right to monitor usage to maintain service quality and protect other users.

    3. Nature of the AI

    The Service is powered by artificial intelligence. While it is designed to handle conversations reliably, it may occasionally:

    • Mishear caller responses
    • Misinterpret intent or tone
    • Omit, distort, or incorrectly summarise key details

    You acknowledge these limitations and accept that performance may vary depending on caller speech, background noise, and phrasing. You should review messages and summaries before taking action based on them.

    4. Your Responsibilities

    As the account holder, you agree to:

    • Test the AI agent before activating it for live use.
    • Monitor call summaries for accuracy.
    • Ensure your call routing setup is correct and up to date.
    • Notify us of any technical issues or required changes.

    You are solely responsible for how the information gathered through the Service is used.

    5. Limitations & Disclaimers

    We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, processed correctly, or result in a business lead. The Service is not intended to manage emergency communications, complaints, legal enquiries, or regulatory disclosures.

    You agree that:

    • We are not liable for missed calls, errors in transcription, or business losses arising from use of the Service.
    • The AI receptionist does not make binding commitments on your behalf.
    • All communication via the Service is considered informational only.

    6. Service Access & Modifications

    We may add, update, or remove features at our discretion. Notice will be provided in the event of significant changes. We also reserve the right to suspend or limit access if:

    • You breach these Terms,
    • Payment is overdue, or
    • Continued use could cause harm to the platform or others.

    7. Fees & Payment

    Pricing is outlined on our website or in your custom agreement. Fees are billed in advance. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If payment fails or is not received, we may pause or cancel the Service without further notice.

    All charges are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

    8. Trial Periods

    From time to time we may offer a free or discounted trial. Trials may include limited functionality and no guarantees of performance or accuracy. We reserve the right to end or alter trial access at any time.

    Our Services may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., SMS providers, call routing systems and Large Language Models). We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or reliability of those tools.

    Use of integrations may be subject to additional terms or limits from those providers.

    All content, code, prompts, designs, and system logic used in our Services remain the property of Steady Bow ARROW Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without permission.

    11. Liability Limit

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income, goodwill, or business opportunity.
    • Our total liability will not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 30 days.

    Some limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions, but we do not accept liability beyond what the law requires.

    12. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

    • You misuse the Service, or
